BEEF TIKKA (BEEF BBQ) RECIPE


ELEMENT
  • Beef 250 gm (cubed)
  • Raw papaya paste 2 tsp
  • Ginger paste 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
  • Green chillies 1 tsp (chopped)

COOKING  GUIDELINES
  1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Let the beef marinate in it for 5 - 6 hours.
  3. Put the marinated beef on skewers.
  4. Barbeque on coal or grill on flame.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney, rice and salad.
