BEEF ROAST (RECIPE)


ELEMENT
  • Beef undercut 1 kg
  • Vinegar 1 cup
  • Soya sauce ½ cup
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp (crushed)
  • Oregano 1 tbsp
  • Rose merry 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required

COOKING  GUIDELINES
  1. Make hole in undercut by the help of knife.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mix vinegar, garlic paste, soya sauce, crushed black pepper, oregano, rose merry and salt.
  3. Now marinate beef in this batter.
  4. Now roll beef with thread and plastic sheet and leave it over night.
  5. Now uncover the plastic sheet and put it in grill microwave option and roast it.
  6. In between roasting take out beef and brush butter and put it back.
  7. When it is prepared take it out and present it with salad leaves, cucumber and tomato slices.
